Excelling in Excellence Ministry, Inc. was founded by Minister Millicent H. Crawford.

Stemming from the love of God and the love for fellow believers, this ministry endeavors to exhort the Body of Christ through our path toward the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus.

We empower fellow believers to use our God-given gifts and talents; walk out our destinies in ways that glorify God and encourages others.

Excellence is not a destination, but rather a code of conduct by which we endeavor to walk out every moment of our destinies.

Excellence encompasses several guardrails to aid in course-correction.

• Excellence is an act of devotion.

• Excellence demands integrity to ensure we do what is right simply because it is the right thing to do.

• Excellence requires humility, acknowledging that we cannot do what needs to be done without the leading, direction, ability and favor of God.

• Excellence incorporates faithfulness and fidelity, staying true both to the process and the cause.

• Excellence is not easily achieved and will require tenacity to stay on course even in the midst of obstacles.

• Excellence demands intentionality and strategy.
